Privacy Notice

How Webliyacelebi IT Enthusiasts handles personal information submitted through this website, in particular through the contact form and through Google Analytics.

Who we are

This website is operated by Webliyacelebi IT Enthusiasts (webliyacelebi.com). For any question about this notice or about your personal data, contact us through the contact form.

Registered company details (legal entity name, registered address and registration numbers) are to be confirmed and will be added here.

What information we collect

Contact form. When you send a message, we receive the information you provide:

  • your full name and email address (required);
  • your company or organisation and the service you are interested in (optional);
  • the subject and content of your message;
  • the date and time of submission.

Technical information. To protect the form against abuse, the server temporarily processes your IP address to apply rate limits. It is held in memory only for the duration of the rate-limit window and is not stored in a database. Server logs record that a submission was received and whether it was delivered, without the content of your message.

If anti-spam verification with Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes technical information about your browser to distinguish people from automated traffic.

Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used: for example which pages are visited, how visitors arrived, the type of device and browser, and an approximate location derived from the IP address. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We do not use advertising, remarketing or other tracking technologies.

Why we use it

We use the information you submit only to read and respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not use it for marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers described below.

We use Google Analytics data only in aggregate, to improve the content and structure of the website. The legal basis for this processing is to be confirmed during legal review.

The legal basis for processing contact-form submissions (for example, your explicit consent given through the form, or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries you initiate) is to be confirmed during legal review.

Service providers

  • Resend delivers contact-form submissions to our mailbox by email. Resend is a provider based in the United States, which means your submission may be transferred outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. The safeguards that apply to this transfer are to be confirmed during legal review.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we receive.
  • Our hosting provider runs the website and processes requests to it, including your IP address.
  • Cloudflare, only if Turnstile verification is enabled.
  • Google (Google Analytics) measures how the website is used. Google may process this data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. The safeguards that apply to this transfer are to be confirmed during legal review.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting correspondence. A defined retention period is to be confirmed. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to:

  • learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it;
  • learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in line with that purpose;
  • know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad;
  • request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • request deletion or destruction of your data;
  • object to processing and to outcomes arising exclusively from automated processing;
  • claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing;
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

These rights are set out in Article 11 of the KVKK and, where the GDPR applies, in Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR. To exercise them, send your request through the contact form. The formal application channels required under the KVKK (for example a written application or a registered electronic mail address) are to be confirmed during legal review. You may also have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority, such as the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).

Cookies

On your first visit, a short notice tells you that this website uses cookies. Selecting Got it hides the notice.

  • The notice remembers that you have seen it by storing cookie-notice-dismissed in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us or to anyone else.
  • Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>) are used by Google to distinguish visitors and sessions; by default they expire after two years.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Google also offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

The content management area at /keystatic is used only by authorised editors. When an editor signs in, strictly necessary cookies are used to maintain the authenticated session. These cookies are not used for visitors of the public website.
